To turn on the headset, press and hold the power button until the light on the side turns white. Press and hold the power button on the Wifi router until activated. Once it's on, turn the dial on the back of the headstrap anti-clockwise to open it fully. Place the headset over your eyes and turn the the dial clock-wise to secure the headset.
Clear your surrounding area of any items so you don't trip or bump into anything. Standup and follow the onscreen instructions for creating your boundary and floor level. Ensure the floor level grid is pushed all the way down to your feet.

Stand up and follow the onscreen instructions for creating your floor level and boundary. Ensure to touch the controller to the ground when setting floor height.
Once set up, you are free to participate in the experience either seated or standing.
The Oculus Quest 2 comes with two controllers that you can use to select and interact with objects in VR. To select an object, point the controller at it and press the trigger button.
The Oculus Button allows you to access the Oculus Menu, from this menu you can quit and return back to the home environment from any application.
You can use the thumbstick to move around our VR environment. Hold forward to aim, and release to teleport to the desired location.
